Since 2007, he has been helping local New Farm people achieve their fitness goals by using his comprehensive program of fitness, strength, mindset and nutrition. In his free time, Coach Chris loves to spend time with his wife Stacey and baby boy. He also likes to swim, Parkrun, play golf, FIFA, tennis, table tennis, go to rock concerts and watch live sport.

We've got you covered. We have plenty of healthy swap options you can have such as swapping fish for chicken or broccoli for cauliflower
